Welcome to Eskaton — Eskaton is Northern California’s premier provider of community living and home-based support for older adults. Our goal is to offer all of our residents and participants the highest quality living environments, services and care. The professionalism, commitment and compassion of our more than 1,850 employees make this a reality.

Why work as a nurse in senior living?
Geriatric nurses have many of the same responsibilities as nurses in other fields such as promoting health and intervening during times of illness or injury, but they are also a critical member of the senior living care team. The nurse in senior living acts as a wellness advocate for older adults through care management and assistance with chronic illness. They also facilitate transitions of care as needed, encourage independence, and collaborate with family members for optimal quality of life.
