Are you or a loved one considering a transition to senior living but feeling unsure about what to do with the family home?

**What You Will Learn:**
Led by Ling Wang, Founder of A Gem Home and Realtor with Keller Williams, this session will provide clarity on the complex real estate decisions involved in downsizing or moving to a community.

●    **Equity to Income:** Discover different strategies for turning your home equity into a reliable income stream to fund your next chapter.
●    **Sell vs. Rent:** Get expert analysis on the pros and cons of selling your property outright versus becoming a landlord.
